Most North American orders are subject to our flat rate shipping of $9.95 per order. US orders valued at over $50 before taxes and shipping are eligible for free shipping, with some exceptions.
The US regions excluded from these offers are: Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Palau, Puerto Rico, Yukon. International orders coming from outside of North America are not eligible for our flat rate shipping. International customers outside of North America will have customs/duties billed upon delivery by FedEx.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping over $50.
Wholesalers are excluded from flat-rate shipping policy. Cake Beauty reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.
If, for whatever reason, you change your mind about your Cake sweets, we are here to help! We accept returns on all new, unopened items and happily offer a credit at the value of the item you are returning.
Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
- Item was purchased directly from cakebeauty.com. (We do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners. For these items, you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.)
- Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
- Item is in original, new packaging. You can’t have your Cake and eat it too!
- All refunds are credited against the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
- All sale items are non-refunable and final.
- Shipping and handling fees for returned items are on us.

An RA# (Return Authorization) number will be e-mailed to you.
Ship the item back to Cake Beauty in its original packaging, with receipt.
- Mark the outer carton with the RA# provided.

How long does it typically take to process my order?
Cake appreciates your business and it is our goal to get your order out of the kitchen as quickly as possible! Standard orders are processed within 3-5 days, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS, Canada Post or FedEx tracking number. You are then able to go to the carrier's website to track your order. Please contact customer care at firstname.lastname@example.org

Unfortunately, current promotions may not be redeemed against prior orders. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will continue to check your Cake emails for the freshest sales and weekly updates.
The item I wanted is out of stock, what should I do?
It's true, some of our goodies just sell like hot cakes! We do apologize in advance should this happen and we ask that you complete the 'notify me when this item is back in stock' field for the product in question. You will then receive an email when this product is back in stock.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We apologize that your package arrived damaged! Cake Beauty shipments are inspected multiple times before they are shipped out; however, we recognize that damage may occur in transit. If you receive a damaged product, please contact customer care within three days of receiving your order at email@example.com
I submitted my order, but want to change of add a product. What do I do?
Once you have submitted your order and wish to change it, please email firstname.lastname@example.org
for assistance. We cannot guarantee order changes once an order is submitted, so please contact us as soon as possible.
I received my order, and I changed my mind and don’t want my order or an item?
If you don’t like your ‘piece’ of Cake, that’s okay… everyone’s tastes are different. We hope that you will find another item in our collection that you will enjoy more. Should you decide that you need to return an item, we will refund your purchase with original receipt. Cake Beauty will accept returned items in the original packaging within 15 days of purchase. All refunds are credited to the original pay method- no cash refunds. Of course, we cannot take returns on overly used products- you can’t have your cake and eat it too!
