US orders valued at over $50 before taxes, discounts and shipping are eligible for free shipping, with some exceptions.

The US regions excluded from these offers are: Alaska, American Samoa, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, Palau, Puerto Rico, Yukon. 

We currently do not ship to International destinations.

Wholesalers are excluded from this shipping policy. Cake Beauty reserves the right to refuse any order at its sole discretion.

 

FAQs

How long does it typically take to process my order?
Cake appreciates your business and it is our goal to get your order out of the kitchen as quickly as possible! Standard orders are processed within 3-5 days, orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 5-10 business days for standard shipping.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your UPS, Canada Post or FedEx tracking number.  You are then able to go to the carrier's website to track your order. Please contact customer care at contactus@cakebeauty.com for more detailed information.

Can I add a promotion to my previous order?
Unfortunately, current promotions may not be redeemed against prior orders. We appreciate your understanding and hope that you will continue to check your Cake emails for the freshest sales and weekly updates.
 
The item I wanted is out of stock, what should I do?
It's true, some of our goodies just sell like hot cakes!   We do apologize in advance should this happen and we ask that you complete the 'notify me when this item is back in stock' field for the product in question. You will then receive an email when this product is back in stock.

My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
We apologize that your package arrived damaged! Cake Beauty shipments are inspected multiple times before they are shipped out; however, we recognize that damage may occur in transit.  If you receive a damaged product, please contact customer care within three days of receiving your order at contactus@cakebeauty.com
 
I submitted my order, but want to change or add a product. What do I do? 
Once you have submitted your order and wish to change it, please email contactus@cakebeauty.com for assistance. We cannot guarantee order changes once an order is submitted, so please contact us as soon as possible.
 
Why have my favourite products been discontinued?
From time to time, we have to make room for new items. Be sure to stock up now and stay tuned for new and exciting beauty product launches to come.

Does Cake have a catalog?
In an effort to be environmentally friendly, we have chosen to use our website as our online catalogue. Our site features available products, key ingredients, email sign up, retailers, upcoming events and new product details.
