Refunds will be granted under the following conditions:
Item was purchased directly from cakebeauty.com. (We do not issue refunds for product purchased at any of our retail partners. For these items, you must follow up with the store directly and follow the guidelines of their specific return policy.)
Item was purchased within the last 15 days.
Item is in original, new packaging. You can’t have your Cake and eat it too!
All refunds are credited against the original payment method. No cash refunds will be provided.
All sale items are non-refundable and final.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Email us with your order number and reason for return.
An RA# (Return Authorization) number will be e-mailed to you.
Ship the item back to Cake Beauty in its original packaging, with receipt.
Mark the outer carton with the RA# provided.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gift cards may not be returned.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 30 days for us to process any refunds owing. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item or items valued at over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
